Max Franzone is the Founder and Director of the Rochester Seminoles Baseball Program and brings experience as both a collegiate player and coach. As a player, he earned team captain recognition and contributed to a conference championship and regional postseason appearance.

Following his playing career, Max transitioned into collegiate coaching, spending three seasons at Finger Lakes Community College and most recently serving as the hitting coordinator at RIT in 2025. Under his leadership, RIT set a program record for home runs in a single season and improved across every major offensive category.

Max founded the Rochester Seminoles with a clear purpose: to build a development-first program focused on proper mechanics, baseball IQ, mental toughness, and preparing players for the next level—both on and off the field. The program emphasizes character, discipline, and high standards in an environment where growth is intentional.
